What is the Double Click problem?
The double-click problem is a very common mechanical failure in mice (especially gaming mice from well-known brands) where the internal switch under the main button wears out. As a result, when you press the button just once, the metal contact bounces and the computer registers two almost simultaneous clicks.
How does this Test work?
This tool records the exact time in milliseconds that passes between each click you make. An average human being cannot make two intentional clicks less than 80 milliseconds apart. Therefore, if our system detects two clicks in less than 80ms, it automatically marks a Accidental Double Click in red, confirming that your hardware is failing.
