How to use the Mouse Test?

Using our tool is extremely simple and does not require installing any additional software. Everything happens securely within your web browser:

Basic clicks: Press the left button, right button or press the mouse wheel down. You will see that the corresponding part of the graph lights up green.
Scroll wheel: Turn the wheel up or down. The scroll indicator will turn blue to confirm that the sensor is working.
Side buttons: If your mouse has additional buttons on the side (Mouse Button 4 and 5), you can also press them and the test will detect them automatically.

My mouse is not working, what do I do?

If you've tried clicking in the test area and the buttons don't light up, your mouse may have a hardware or software problem. Here are some quick steps to fix it:

Check the connections: Unplug the mouse and plug it back into a different USB port. Sometimes a specific port may fail.
Battery or Bluetooth: If you use a wireless mouse, make sure it has a battery and that the bottom switch is in "ON" mode. If it's Bluetooth, go to your PC settings and pair it again.
Cleaning the sensor and buttons: Dust and dirt can block the mechanical switches under the buttons. Try cleaning the cracks with compressed air.
