What is the Pomodoro Technique?
The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. It uses a timer to divide work into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes long, separated by short breaks.
This online tool helps you apply the technique directly from your browser without installing anything. Each work interval is known as a "pomodoro" (Italian for tomato), after the classic tomato-shaped kitchen timer.
