Hur använder man mustestet?

Att använda vårt verktyg är extremt enkelt och kräver ingen installation av ytterligare programvara. Allt sker säkert i din webbläsare:

  • Grundläggande klick: Tryck på vänster knapp, höger knapp eller tryck ner mushjulet. Du kommer att se att motsvarande del av grafen lyser grönt.
  • Scrollhjul: Vrid hjulet uppåt eller nedåt. Scroll-indikatorn blir blå för att bekräfta att sensorn fungerar.
  • Sidoknappar: Om din mus har ytterligare knappar på sidan (musknapp 4 och 5), kan du också trycka på dem och testet kommer att upptäcka dem automatiskt.

Min mus fungerar inte, vad gör jag?

Om du har testat att klicka i testområdet och knapparna inte lyser, kan det vara problem med hårdvaran eller mjukvaran på musen. Här är några snabba steg för att fixa det:

  • Kontrollera anslutningarna: Koppla ur musen och koppla tillbaka den till en annan USB-port. Ibland kan en specifik port misslyckas.
  • Batteri eller Bluetooth: Om du använder en trådlös mus, se till att den har ett batteri och att den nedre strömbrytaren är i läge "ON". Om det är Bluetooth, gå till dina PC-inställningar och koppla ihop det igen.

Over time, the mechanical microswitches inside a mouse (especially Omron switches) can wear out or accumulate static electricity.
